CEO
Stefan Boström
Stefan is currently the CEO of Sisjö Intressenter AB since January 2022. Stefan has extensive experience in the food industry in leadership positions across the Nordic region, Baltics, Germany, and in export-related activities, including business development, company acquisitions, and board work in various ownership structures.
Stefan has previously worked as CEO at companies such as Brämhults Juice AB, Doggy AB, and currently serves as chairman and board member in two external companies within the food industry.

CFO
Anders Dahlberg
Anders started at Sisjö Intressenter AB in April 2022, is currently the CFO at Sisjö Intressenter AB, and most recently came from a similar position within the Doggy AB group.
Prior to that, Anders ran his own business focusing on interim CFO positions and consultancy assignments in finance/economics, both nationally and internationally. Previously, Anders worked as a financial manager/CFO for several companies in the manufacturing industry and held various positions in finance and economics at Scania, Stora, and Telia. Anders holds a degree in Business and Economics from Umeå School of Business.

Stefan Hamrin
Stefan started at Sisjö Intressenter AB in 2017 as CEO and has been working as COO since January 2022. Stefan has extensive experience in business development, corporate acquisitions, and board work.
Previously, Stefan has worked as an owner and CEO at companies such as Trensums AB, Örneborgs Delikatesser AB, and Nordic Food Group AB. At Sisjö Intressenter AB, Stefan focuses on acquisition matters and business development.

​Head of Food safety/Quality/Sustainability/Environment
Johan Johannesson
Johan joined Sisjö Intressenter in 2018 and is currently the Head of Food Safety/Quality/Sustainability/Environment at Sisjö Intressenter.
Johan has extensive experience in steering companies through management teams by strengthening performance management and developing strategies and organizations to reduce the company's risks in areas such as organization, sustainability, food safety, and environment. Johan has worked in management teams and held leadership positions at several major food manufacturing companies.

Otto Drakenberg
Otto Drakenberg has extensive experience in driving profitable growth and leading complex business transformations in a range of industries such as consumer goods, retail, services and the technology industry.
Otto Drakenberg is chairman of the board of Spendrups Bryggeri, Sisjö Intressenter, Svegro, Carponovum and the Swedish Fencing Association. He is CEO of the listed technology company Rolling Optics. Previous CEO assignments include listed Scandi Standard and Moment Group as well as Carlsberg Sweden and Goodyear Dunlop Norden. Drakenberg has a sporting background in Olympic fencing and international ocean racing.

Mikael Törnqvist
Mikael joined the Profura group in 2014 and is today CEO of Profura AB, as well as CEO of Profura Industri AB. Mikael has extensive experience in business development, company acquisitions and board work. Mikael previously worked at OEM International where, from 2002 until he left, he was part of the management responsible for the international companies, was CEO of the largest business, and worked with acquisitions.

Sofia Hyléen Toresson
Sofia has extensive experience in the food industry and development of food companies in different ownership structures.
Sofia has held leading positions and board involvement in national and international companies and industry organizations such as Nestlé, Findus and has been CEO of HKScan in Sweden.
Today, Sofia is co-owner and CEO of RE&GO AB, which installs, develops and operates operator systems, software and hardware for E-mobility and energy efficiency.

Board member
Henrik Karlsson
Henrik joined Profuragruppen in 2020 and is currently the CFO and Investment Manager at Profura AB. Henrik most recently came from OEM Automatic AB, where he was part of the management team and responsible for the group's Shared Service Center and finance department from 2009 until he left. Prior to that, Henrik worked as a Controller, overseeing the OEM group's foreign subsidiaries and participating in several acquisitions both in Sweden and abroad.
